I'm looking for sealants (or care instructions) for outdoor granite.

Protex is an excellent sealer for indoor or outdoor applications. It is a resin based sealer that doesn't color enhance the stone (although it may temporarily, until it cures in the stone). This is Tenax's best sealer.
Here is the link:

Glad to be of service,
Mark

I usually use 511 impregnator on everything I install, it's not a resin based or topical sealer it is a penetrating sealer, which means it wont leave any crap on the surface of polished stone. It's usually around $30 check out defusco online or home depot. On indoor granite I recommend using this sealer every 6 months to a year, but outdoor you are going to want to seal more often. The best way to know for sure when to reseal is by doing a water drop test, drop some water on the stone and if it beads up (like water on a freshly waxed car) then you are ok but if it doesn't then re-apply.
